Refund & Cancellation

The Free plan lets you try HandNote Pro without payment. We recommend trying it before buying a paid plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Billing. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.

Refunds

• Within 7 days of your first paid subscription, if you've used fewer than 5 generations on the paid plan, email support@handnotepro.in for a full refund.
• Service failure: if the app fails to deliver generated notes due to our fault, we'll refund or credit the affected period.
• No refunds for change of mind after 7 days, or once usage exceeds the trial threshold above.
